Who is responsible

KoWerk, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) run by Karthik Gangadharaiah, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. KVK: 42120947. Email: karthik.gangadharaiah31@gmail.com.

What I collect

Only what you type into the project brief form: your name, email address, organisation, the type of help you need, and your message. If you email me instead, I receive what you send.

Why, and on what basis

To read your brief and reply to it, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. The basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement, and my legitimate interest in answering business inquiries. I do not use your details for marketing lists, and I do not sell or share them.

Where it goes

The website is served through Cloudflare. A submitted brief travels through Cloudflare to a server I operate, where it is processed by n8n and stored in a private database. I receive a notification by email or private message. Email is handled by my email provider.

How long I keep it

• Inquiries that do not lead to work: deleted after 12 months.
• If we work together: invoices and related records are kept for 7 years, as Dutch tax rules require.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third party scripts, fonts or trackers.

Your rights

You can ask me to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it, by emailing karthik.gangadharaiah31@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how I handle it, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
